We the People of America.Fun, in order to form the most perfect, America-first launchpad, establish trust in the trenches, and bring opportunity and dreams back onchain, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Platform known as America.Fun.

We declare that on this frontier, freedom must be engineered, not assumed; that markets must be allowed to breathe, but never be allowed to rot; that participation shall be open to any person acting in goo faith, regardless of status, follower count, or prior rug trauma. The public square of Solana shall once again belong to the many, not the few.

We affirm the founding belief that America.Fun is not merely a place, but a spirit: ambition without apology, innovation without fear, and opportunity without gatekeepers. We welcome builders, traders, creators and dreamers - Americans and friends of America across the world - who seek to build something real, compete fairly, and win honestly.

We further proclaim USD1 to be the stable foundation upon which this economy is built. America.Fun is the first launchpad on Solana designed around USD1, so that tokens may rise or fall by their own demand rather than the turbulence of volatile base assets; so that gains and losses may be measured plainly; and so that price discovery reflects reality, not noise.

To serve this mission, America.Fun is built atop modern onchain infrastructure and liquidity systems, including a partnership with Meteora, in service of fairer launches, clearer markets, and more durable outcomes.

And so, with liberty as our principle, liquidity as our engine, culture as our backbone, and fairness as our law, we do hereby ratify this Constitution and commit America.Fun to the mission of bringing opportunity and dreams back onchain.
