💰ARTICLE V: STAKING

Staking on America.Fun exists to align long-term participants with the health and activity of the Platform.

Staking is an optional, user-initiated mechanism that allows participants to lock supported Digital Assets in order to become eligible for protocol-defined distributions or incentives, as determined by the Platform’s active configuration at the time of participation.

Seventy percent (70%) of platform revenue generated from launchpad liquidity pool transaction fees shall be redistributed to $AOL stakers and the broader America.Fun ecosystem.

Staking is not required to use the Platform.

SECTION ONE: AOL STAKING

At the time of writing, a portion of launchpad-generated liquidity pool fees may be allocated to participants who stake $AOL, subject to active Platform parameters.

a. Eligibility

Only $AOL tokens staked through approved Platform mechanisms are eligible.

Staking eligibility, reward rates, and distribution mechanics may change at any time.

b. Lockups

$AOL staking may require a fixed lockup period, during which staked tokens cannot be freely withdrawn without penalty.

Lockup durations are disclosed at the time of staking.

c. Early Unlock Penalties

If a participant elects to withdraw staked $AOL prior to the completion of the applicable lockup period, penalties apply based on remaining lockup duration:

70% of LP revenue is distributed to $AOL stakers. Stakers have the option to choose:

Early Unlock Penalties (based on time remaining)

• 75%+ remaining → 90% penalty (you lose most of your stake)

• 50–75% remaining → 80% penalty

• 25–50% remaining → 70% penalty

• 0–25% remaining → 50% penalty (lowest penalty)

SECTION TWO: ECOSYSTEM STAKING

In recognition of the pioneers of America.Fun, the Platform shall enable staking for select ecosystem tokens, including $VALOR, $PATRIOT, $BURGER, and $DREAM.

a. Duration

Ecosystem staking programs are time-limited and may run for defined periods (e.g., three months), after which staking may end or be modified.

b. Distribution Pool

During an active ecosystem staking period, up to a defined portion of Platform fee allocations may be distributed to eligible participants.

Such allocations are not guaranteed, may vary, and may be reduced to zero.

c. Early Unlock Penalties

Ecosystem token staking carries a 100% early unlock penalty.

Participants who withdraw prior to the end of the staking period forfeit all associated staked amounts and/or rewards, as defined by the applicable staking contract.
